  Royal Farms Ltd is a new farming company located in Bombo town of Luwero district in Central Uganda. We started in March 2014 and we have set up fish ponds, feed mill, poultry farm and modern slaughterhouse.Royal Farms Ltd consists of group of young Entrepreneurs who within a short span of 5 years has increased the turnover of 100,000 USD per annum, to 3.5 million USD per annum.Royal farms ltd has its own current capacity of 100,000 live birds and we procure 150,000 live birds from 40 out growers. In process of expanding to 300,000 live birds with modern and fully automated farm within a year along with the capacity of 10,000 live birds per day processed by the latest automatic machine. We are the first ones in Uganda to implement air chilling process of the product inside our plant.Mr. Rustam Lalani, one of the Directors has a vast experience of 20 years in the field and he is one of the front leading entrepreneurs in Uganda. He has the vision to reach the turnover of 5,000,000 USD of his company in the next 3 years. We have invested approximately 6 million USD.Since the production started we have over 200 clients including Five Star Hotels and Food Chains.Our products come from the following three (3) sections:Feed mill: Chicken feedsPoultry Farm: Broiler birdsChicken Processing Plant: whole chicken, drumsticks, chicken thighs, chicken wings, liver, chicken feet, chicken back, chicken pops, breast fillet, soup pack, fillet trimmings, gizzard and many others.We have more than 10 outlets and they are located in Entebbe, Martin Road, Kawempe, Bugolobi, Kitintale, Bukoto, Ntinda, Nakasero, Mukono, Bunga and Mawanda Road. In addition, we have 4 distributors and in future, we are planning to expand our Business Upcountry and open up 40 more outlets across the country.We have the capacity of producing 10,000 birds per day and we intend to produce up to 20,000 birds per day in near future.Soon we are planning to export to neighboring countries which includes Sudan, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Tanzania and Kenya.
